Queuing feature ensures that after the completion of a torrent, the other left out torrents will automatically be started.     In the Preferences window, Select Queuing option in the left side panel.

In the Queue Settings you are provided with two options.

You can select the number of files to be queued for both download and upload. You can specify how many torrents can be downloaded and uploaded concurrently.
In the Second text box, you can select the number of downloads at a time. This is the option that you need to change. If you specify 1, utorrent will download only one file at a time, and after its completion, the next torrent with the highest priority will be downloaded. Change the required value that you need and click on “OK” button.
