Are you are frequent user of Linux, then I bet you will miss the multiple desktop workspaces when you are using Windows. For a quite long time Alt+F2 combination and the lack of workspaces has been a trouble for me while running on Windows. This post try to resolve the multiple desktop problem using third party application for Linux like workspace switching in Windows.
Crystal Desktop
Crystal Desktop is a application developed by BrightTek Software. The prons are that it has all the features of the Linux workspace as well as some cool features, which are completely compatible with your Windows OS. However here is that bad part, the software is not a freeware and you got to spend around 25 USD to buy it. Below are some of the screenshots of Crystal Desktop.

mDesktop – free alternative for Crystal Desktop
mDesktop is a freeware which has the basic features for multiple desktop switching in Windows. It by default comes with 4 desktops, which is quite enough for a normal user. If you are looking for a free multiple workspace switching in Windows I would suggest you to try mDesktop, I’m right now using this product and quite comfortable with it. Download mDesktop from here.
