By default in the latest version of Ubuntu, there has been a small bug ( more a wrong setting) in Firefox color management, because of which most of the images appear in a strange colors.The end result is seen even in the default homepage of Firefox, the Google Search engine. The logo of Google Search Engine appears in different shades of color. Other sites like IMDB, Facebook are some common examples where you find this kind of a color error.

    Open Firefox and in the URL bar enter about:config

    You will be shown a warning message, click on I’ll be careful, I promise ! button to move to further settings.
