Many popular services provide OpenID, however my favorite is MyOpenID.

To get an openID all you need is a unique ID and a password and an Email to verify your account.
On entering , the email verification will be sent to your mail, click on the link provided in the mail to activate your account.
Now using this openID you can login anywhere.
